In early 2023, I reached a really low point in my life and made a call to find a therapist as I didn’t know what else to do. This was my fourth attempt with a therapist/psychologist, so I didn’t know what to expect but was very hopeful. The moment I met Oksana, I knew she was going to be a big part of my life. Her caring and relaxed nature made me feel instantly comfortable and safe, which has allowed me to open up and be as vulnerable as ever. Her wisdom, advice, guidance and support has helped me through a very difficult year. In the second half of the year Oksana introduced me to neurofeedback therapy.
Neurofeedback essentially changed my world. It made me realise what life was like when my adhd and ocd are dimmed down. I began to ruminate less, watch thoughts drift away, and procrastinate a whole lot less. I’ve been more attentive and calm. After one session I actually ended up at the library to study (and I don’t know how that happened!!). Oksana has been one of the most important people to have supported and gotten me through 2023, and I would recommend her to anyone needing the support for therapy or neurofeedback. Oksana is so caring and compassionate, and will always make sure you feel seen, heard, supported, comforted and empowered. I’m always so grateful I found Oksana. Isabela
